- Pattern making skills (hands-on experience in flat pattern & draping), garment sizing, and pattern grading. Working knowledge of pattern system
- Good communication in English (verbal and written) and the technical language
- Fully understand the development process and standards and give feedback to related teams
- Critical thinking and good communication skills
- Perform other ad hoc duties Job Requirement Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in garment trading office, buying office or factory
- Experience in USA and EU market, special on active wear is preferable.
- Possess solid fabric and garment construction knowledge, plus machine knowledge and experience in manufacturing / assembly process
- Knowledge in PLM + CAD (2D+3D)
- Good computer knowledge - MS Office - Word, Excel
- Good communication skills to liaise with external parties
- Able to work independently, a good team player, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred
