The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of both online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring brand alignment, consistency, and performance in accordance with the company’s strategic direction.

⏩ Key Responsibilities1. Strate

gy & Planning

• Participate in developing the overall Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) plan, ensuring alignment between online and offline channels and consistency with brand strategy.
• Prepare periodic marketing performance reports as well as campaign-specific reports.
• Propose and establish workflow processes to ensure smooth internal operations and improve team efficiency.

2. Leadership & Supervision

• Directly manage a team of 4–6 members, including Marketing Specialists and PR Specialists.
• Supervise progress, monitor performance, and support the team in achieving KPIs.
• Ensure effective workflow coordination between internal teams and related departments such as Sales, Design, E-commerce, etc.

3. Branding & Communication

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising, social media campaigns, KOL/KOC/Partnership activities, and offline events.
• Monitor daily advertising performance, analyze data, assess user behavior, and propose continuous improvement solutions.
• Oversee content across channels (social media, public relations, point-of-sale materials, website, etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
• Support and ensure timely execution of assigned campaigns by the team.
• Manage the marketing budget and track expenses for each campaign.

4. Training

• Provide training on marketing knowledge and brand mindset for team members.
• Develop individual capability-building plans aligned with the team's overall objectives.

⏩ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Supervisor or in an equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of advertising and digital marketing; experience in cost tracking and campaign-based ad optimization.
• Basic SEO knowledge and strong understanding of major social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, live streaming channels…).
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Creative mindset with good awareness of consumer trends.
• Proactive, dynamic, flexible, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• English: fluent in all four skills (listening – speaking – reading – writing).
• Chinese: conversational ability is an advantage.
