Job Description

Organize and Direct the Design Team's Work:

• Provide direction for the concept and suggest initial creative ideas for the team.
• Propose new initiatives for researching new product ideas.
• Assist in planning and strategizing with the company's Executive Board.
• Manage and lead the design team to meet work requirements and deadlines in key design areas, including:

-Product images, labels, product videos

-Branding

-Printed materials or other ad hoc requests based on actual needs

Design and Develop Product Systems:

• Receive design requirements from the Director and relevant departments.
• Collaborate with staff when necessary to translate ideas into effective layouts, enhancing the product's value.
• Establish design standards for brand image guidelines for products, printed materials, promotional items, and media for company events.
• Work with the content department and procurement team, ensuring the visual output of the products meets standards.
• Regularly research trends and analyze competitors’ image effectiveness to propose improvements for the company's design and enhance the team’s output.

Training and Development:

• Support in recruiting and training new employees on job responsibilities, company culture, and skill development.
• Collaborate with the HR department and other teams for employee performance reviews, feedback, and development plans.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in English (good communication skills) or basic Chinese
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Committed to delivering high-quality work.

-Willing to work overtime to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards.

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Experience in a similar design and management role, preferably with experience in the print design, branding, or e-commerce (consumer goods) sectors.
• Proficiency in design software: Photoshop, Illustrator. Knowledge of Corel, AutoCAD 3D, and Premiere is a plus.
• Management Skills:

-Ability to manage work progress, ensuring deadlines are met and reporting to the Executive Board and department leadership.

-Manage team members, including training, checking, and evaluating individual performance.
