• Handle daily accounting transactions for FMCG/Retail operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.
• Prepare, review, and submit tax declarations and reports, including VAT and Corporate Income Tax (CIT).
• Manage VAT invoice issuance, adjustments, and returned goods in high-volume retail transactions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely reconciliation.
• Collect, verify, and classify invoices and supporting documents from vendors and internal departments.
• Maintain proper filing, archiving, and documentation of accounting records in line with compliance requirements.
• Support internal audits, tax inspections, and provide explanations to authorities when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, Operations) to ensure accurate financial data.
• Perform other accounting and tax-related tasks as assigned by Management.

• Diploma, College, or University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in tax accounting within FMCG, retail, or high-volume transaction environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, CIT, invoice regulations, and tax compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MISA accounting software (or equivalent ERP/accounting systems).
• Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
