Elitez Asia Vietnam is proud to support our client – a leading Regional MarTech powerhouse specializing in high-growth mobile business solutions that assist clients in brand exposure and user acquisition. They are currently in the process of establishing their founding team in Vietnam.

Role Description:

• Take full charge of the MCN & TAP ecosystem and lead the BD team to sell E-commerce packages.
• Set and hit monthly/quarterly targets for GMV, Profit Margins, and ROI.
• Recruit, train & manage local Hosts/Operations; build SOPs.
• Develop product selection strategies and scheduling plans and create a bestseller mechanism. Direct Livestream/Video content for local taste and hit GMV/ROI targets.
• Lead TikTok & TTS Ads by monitoring data and optimizing creatives to scale traffic while maximizing ROI.
• Guide short-video scripts for local viral appeal to boost followers, engagement, and Live-room traffic based on HQ product strategies.

Qualifications:

• Fluent Chinese & Vietnamese (Business-level for team management and legal reviews).
• 3-5 years in E-commerce/MCN with proven China-style livestream/viral logic.
• Based in HCMC with a long-term commitment (2-3 years) to overseas development.
• Experience building local teams (10+ people) with a high-pressure, result-oriented mindset.
• Experience with major phone brands or existing local KOL/Supply Chain networks is preferred
