1. Main Tasks
- Plan strategic marketing/communication activities to meet the OKRs in quarterly and yearly.
- Develop B2B enrollment channel as per BOD targets: monthly, quarterly, yearly. Seek independent partners, companies, organizations, or public schools.
- Build and maintain good relations with publications and TV stations’ jounalists to ensure maximum positive news explosure for the company.
2. Specific Tasks
1. Marketing & Admission (70%):
- Build up Digital, Events campaigns according to the annual Marketing plan, in each phase to meet the admission KPIs.
- Create and monitor quarterly and annual Digital, Events budgets, ensuring appropriate budget allocation (optimal budget).
- Create the ways to measure and report the effectiveness of Digital, Events campaigns, collect data, and evaluate performance against objectives.
- Manage coordinating staff/ specialists within the Marketing & Admission department.
- Create the Digital, Events strategy and communication program for the product, including promotions aligned with the company's direction.
- Plan, implement, and monitor advertising campaigns for the company's products/services across various channels: Google, Facebook, Zalo, Email, SMS Marketing.
- Implement marketing researches regularly and keep the company updated with the industry trends, competitor’s information, including the market research, analysis, for specific purposes/plans of the company.
2. Brand management & Public relations (30%):
- Organize, coordinate with media agencies and other departments to implement the PR-Marketing events and other PR events to advertise for the school/company.
- Buid up brand promotion campaigns through Digital Marketing tools such as SEO/SEM, Email marketing, SMS Marketing, Social Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Be responsible for providing the accurate, complete and effective information to jounalists, media agencies, publicities & promotion compaigns and ensure proper promotional & advertising productions.
- Identify risks, prepare contingency & recovery plans as well as manage resources in the crisis period.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
A consumer marketing professional individual years’ experience, who has a developed knowledge of the full marketing mix and multi-channel deployment, with special attention to be given to the digital landscape and deploying campaigns across all trending channels.
- Degree level qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in Marketing (either client or agency side)
- Sound knowledge of working with segmented customer base to implement customer focused strategies.
- Analytical skills, able to interpret multiple data sets to identify trends.
- Commercially astute with a very good understanding of financial metrics, able to set budgets, assess P&L performance, evaluate ROI.
- A sound knowledge of the full marketing mix including strategy development and planning, campaign development, measurement and tracking, optimization.
- A comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of on-line / digital marketing including website management and online advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write high quality marketing copy.
- Good ICT skills (e.g. Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint),
- Experience of using Content Management Systems and of social media.
- Experience of using customer databases / CRM platforms.
