Facilitating communication between the CEO and other departments
Providing administrative assistance and handling various miscellaneous tasks
Collecting documents/ reports from other departments as needed
In charge of arranging CEO's business trip and support related administrative tasks for the CEO
Support CEO and relevant BODs in business trip in term of logistic/ administrative task
Conduct translation task/ Interpretation task (Vietnamese - English, if any)
Responding to additional requests from CEOGraduated from university with a bachelor's degree in English Language Studies or a related field is an advantage.
At least 2 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or related position.
Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, listening, and reading).
Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail, good communication skills, enthusiasm, and honesty.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience working in a life insurance company is an advantage.Competitive salary (100% salary during probation).
