Mô Tả Công Việc

Overview:
Handong is a dynamic and growing organization in the construction industry. We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior HR Internal Communications staff to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing employee engagement, fostering a positive company culture, and strengthening internal communication.

1. Internal Communication:
- Execute internal communication strategies to keep employees informed about company news, initiatives, and events.
- Manage content for internal channels, including memos, newsletters, and intranet updates.
- Act as a liaison between HR leadership and employees, ensuring effective communication of company objectives and goals.
2. Employee Engagement:
- Organize and coordinate company-wide events, such as our annual company birthday celebration, Year End Party, monthly birthday celebrations, International Women’s Day (8/3), Vietnamese Women’s Day (20/10), Children’s Day (1/6), etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and memorable experiences for employees.
- Implement programs that promote team building, employee recognition, and a sense of community.
3. Culture Development:
- Contribute to shaping and nurturing our company culture.
- Encourage employee participation in company-wide initiatives.
- Support the development of a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement activities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR executive role or the same position. Having worked in a construction company is an advantage.
- Proficient in computer skill
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working independently with detail-oriented skill
- Good written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
- Good English communication and public speaking is required
- Being active, enthusiastic, responsible for work and intending to work for long time for the company is preferred.
- Honest, hard-working, active and creative.
