Location: HO CHI MINH CITY

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients on arrival.
• Support patients with registration, appointments, and follow-up scheduling.
• Provide accurate information about services and procedures.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a polite and timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure patient records are updated correctly.

Position: Client Liaison Executive

Location: HCMC

Reports to: Front Desk Manager

Purpose of the Role

The Patient Liaison Executive is responsible for supporting patients throughout their visit to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience. This role acts as the main point of contact between patients and the clinic teams.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• English proficiency.
