Plan, organize, and implement food and beverage business operations at the hotel, ensuring all departmental targets and plans are successfully achieved.

Coordinate with the Sales Department to implement, execute, and report on promotional programs, discounts, and special offers for events and seasonal campaigns.

Collaborate with the Kitchen Department to meet guests’ service requirements; prepare necessary equipment and menus for conferences and events.

Orient, manage, train, and lead the restaurant team to become a professional workforce in terms of working attitude, operational skills, and service standards, ensuring the highest level of service quality in accordance with hotel procedures and standards.

Ensure timely and effective service quality across all stages, including food, beverages, and event/conference organization; strictly control service quality to maintain high standards and maximize guest satisfaction.

Maintain and enhance business profitability; control costs within approved limits through performance control systems, including sales analysis and cost analysis.

Receive and promptly handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints in a positive and professional manner.

Keep up to date with industry trends and propose suitable improvements to enhance departmental operations.

Ensure all food and beverage service areas are clean, tidy, well-organized, and attractively arranged, creating a positive impression and optimal conditions for guest service.

Be responsible for managing and protecting hotel assets within the assigned scope; demonstrate cost-saving awareness and prevent waste or loss of company property.

Prepare periodic reports on asset management and financial performance of the department.

Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations arising during food and beverage service operations.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Experience working in equivalent 4-star or 5-star hotels.

Strong administrative skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Good health; mature, pleasant personality with a neat and professional appearance.

Fluent in English.

Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a similar position within international hotels.
