Prepare work schedules for department staff.

Supervise daily operations to ensure team members perform according to hotel standards.

Monitor check-in and check-out procedures to ensure compliance with standards and proper revenue control.

Ensure all service processes, from reservation to guest departure, are carried out in accordance with procedures.

Arrange sufficient staff coverage between shifts to avoid affecting guest reception and service.

Directly conduct, supervise, and ensure effective training and development activities.

Coordinate with department heads to organize training programs and improve staff skills.

Receive and handle special requests and guest feedback; coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues satisfactorily.

Proactively handle incidents in the hotel in line with professional standards.

Maintain professional and friendly communication with colleagues and ensure smooth internal coordination.

Keep updated records of guest information, especially VIPs and frequent guests, to ensure personalized service.

Ensure the front office working areas are clean, organized, and convenient during shifts.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Full participation in Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance as regulated.

13th-month salary.
