Responsibilities:

1. Community Growth and Engagement:

• Build and nurture active communities across platforms like Telegram, Discord, X, Reddit, Facebook and other relevant channels.
• Respond promptly to user inquiries, feedback, and concerns while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
• Organize and execute community campaigns, events, and AMAs to increase user engagement and brand loyalty.
• Monitor and manage community sentiment to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
• Support the Marketing team in brainstorming ideas and executing marketing campaigns to promote the project and attract new members.

2. Content Creation and Communication:

• Create engaging content, including announcements, educational posts, and social media updates, specialized to the crypto audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce graphics, videos, and written materials.
• Translate complex crypto concepts into simple, user-friendly language.

3. Feedback and Insights:

• Act as a connection between the community and internal teams, providing valuable insights and feedback.
• Analyze community trends, issues, and feedback to propose solutions and improvements for the platform.

4. Partnerships and Influencer Outreach:

• Identify and collaborate with crypto influencers, thought leaders, and content creators to promote the platform.
• Foster partnerships with other crypto projects and communities to increase visibility.

5. Crisis Management:

• Address and manage community concerns during platform updates, outages, or crises.
• Develop and maintain FAQs and response templates for common issues.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the crypto trading ecosystem.
• Experience managing online communities on platforms like Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and Reddit.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive community concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on community engagement metrics.
• Possess strong research skills to gather information and knowledge about crypto. Having project evaluation skills is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Multilingual proficiency (Thai, En).
• Experience in hosting or moderating AMAs and webinars.
• Familiarity with crypto-specific tools like CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, or trading platforms.
• Basic understanding of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
