Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Robotics Engineer to join their innovative team in Dictric 7, HCMC.

Job Description:

• Lead the development of simulation systems and tools to support the design, development, qualification, and deployment of large-scale integrated robotic systems for warehouse automation.
• Create optimized, faster-than-real-time simulation environments to guide key design decisions for new systems and products.
• Oversee all aspects of simulation tools across the organization, including individual robots, perception, controls, fleet-level operations, routing, and system-wide simulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct manager or employer to ensure successful project execution.

Job Requirements:

Must have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in robotics development, including simulation environments and optimization solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience building simulations, digital twins, and faster-than-real-time virtual environments for real-world applications.
• Strong skills in programming, firmware, and/or system-level design.
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of control theory, localization, path planning, navigation, and computer vision.
• Experience with machine learning, cloud computing models, and simulation training tools.
• Familiarity with Nvidia Omniverse, Unity, Blender, or similar rendering engines.
