• Develops, implements, maximizes, monitors and evaluates the hotel’s Revenue Strategy and best practices (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage, Water Park and all other revenue generating departments.

• Ensures Marketing activities are aligned with the Revenue Strategy and Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

• Provides insights and market intelligence to the formulation of financial targets for the Annual Business Plan.

• Strategically analyzes business performance to facilitate accurate and meaningful forecasting, involving the respective Heads of Department as appropriate.

• Set the right prices, employ yield management techniques, adjusting prices based on factors including demand, seasonality, special events, and competitor rates. Determine pricing strategies to optimize occupancy rates and revenue.

• Proactively manages all revenue resources and funds, and control departmental costs.

• Ensures pricing decisions are data driven, through leveraging technology and data analytics, to identify new revenue streams.

• Constantly monitors and evaluates local, national and international market trends, competitor hotels’ and restaurants’ initiatives, in order to make sure the hotel’s marketing and operations remain competitive and cutting edge.

• Manages weekly yield meetings and monthly strategic meetings to develop and adjust marketing strategies and short-term pricing and channel tactics.

• Be aware of community, business, political and social factors and trends that may affect the hotel’s financial performance.

• Develops and recommends pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run.

• Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of market performance in relation to pre-set standards and to general and specific trends within the industry and the economy.

• Works closely with other HOD’s in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

• Reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of marketing activities and advise as necessary to achieve or exceed the objectives as outlined in the Annual Marketing Plan.

• Manages room inventory and carefully allocate room availability across different distribution channels, such as online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and travel partners. By maintaining a balanced distribution strategy, minimize overbooking or underselling, maximizing the revenue potential.

• Monitors and evaluates revenue performance is a continuous process to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), and occupancy. Adjusting strategies to address any deviations from the target and seize opportunities for improvement.

• Oversees and audit the standards and operations of the revenue and reservations departments.

• Maximises the effectiveness of Heads of Department by developing each individuals’ skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.

• Handles all guest both local and overseas and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

• Carrys out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in revenue management

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation and forecasting.

• Proficiency in revenue management systems, channel management tools, and Excel.

• Excellent communication and commercial acumen.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Vietnamese & English
