Accountable for the operation and maintenance of engineering plants and engineering facilities of the entire property. Oversee the operation of all relevant technical systems and regular inspection of plants and other technical operation. Analyze daily logbook and give instructions to Engineering staff

Chief Engineer in daily operation:

1. Ensure the preventive maintenance programmed being implemented according to the schedule

2. Recommend for any adjustment/modification regarding the system to achieve improvement

3. Work out the systematic maintenance plan

4. Oversee immediate rectification of technical malfunction and repair requirements

5. Provide directions to resolve technical problems referred

6. Oversee training to Engineering staff and other departments

7. Ensure discipline, rules & regulations, policies & procedures of Engineering department being followed

8. Spearhead the energy conservation program

9. Follow up any additional requests from residents

10. Work out budgets of Engineering department

Minimum 3 year’s experience in similar role related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualification: Technical university graduated

Conversant in English, spoken and written

Knowledge of functions of relevant technical systems and associated equipment and operational procedures.

Be able to maintain and repair relevant machinery

Good management and leadership skills

Computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point

Excellent communications and public relations skills.
