*Key Activities:
1. Perform day to day tax operations for TEMV and TELPGV for the following:
• Maintain tax books to ensure all tax provision and accrual are properly recorded
• Check VAT invoices for output and input
• Declare all kind of direct tax reports (Corporate Income tax, Value Added Tax, Foreign Contractor Tax, Environment tax and other taxes) timely and correctly including processing of payment and filing.
• Reconcile balance per book and per declaration monthly (all kinds of tax except PIT)
• Submit financial reports in tax format and when required
2. Ensure tax compliance for TEMV and TELPGV:
• Liaise and correspond with tax authorities and external tax advisors
• Work closely with other functions to ensure business operations be complied with tax legislation
• Assist Head of Tax to monitor tax pending issues and identify potential tax risk, non tax compliance issues
3. Tax reporting:
• Assist Head of Tax at particular items to prepare and submit tax accounts per group requirement
4. Provide tax support to other TotalEnergies S&M affiliates and Group Tax: Assist Head of Tax at particular items to:
• Provide tax advisory support to the business, finance and accounting units in Vietnam
• Coordinate with other departments for all tax audit carried out by the Tax Authorities
5. Other tasks and ad-hoc reports when needed.
Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Have 3 - 5 year experience in Accounting and experience in Tax related work
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting & Auditing or relevant majors
• Good knowledge of Tax regulation and legislation
• Good communication skills
• Careful and meticulous
• Reading comprehension
• Good at MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to speak fluently both Vietnamese and English
