Create templates for subsidiaries to collect data, aiming to standardize and centralize information at the Holding company
Work closely with Subsidiaries' Chief Accountants to clear and review subsidiary companies' financial data and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
Prepare the consolidated financial statements for the Group.
Provide necessary documents and data to the Finance Department and Investment Department if required.
Collaborate with independent auditors during the consolidation audit process.
Guide, support, and train other accounting members in the consolidation process to foster professional development and enhance team performance.
Perform other ad-hoc activities as required.
