Nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm:

• Căn chỉnh đơn đặt hàng từ khách hàng và thiết lập tiến độ sản xuất
• Đảm bảo sự sẵn có của nguyên liệu thô theo yêu cầu với các nhà cung cấp nguyên liệu thô và đội thu mua nội bộ
• Đảm bảo sử dụng tối ưu các nguồn lực sản xuất sẵn có như máy móc sản xuất và nhân công, tránh thời gian ngừng hoạt động do thiếu sót trong kế hoạch
• Đảm bảo sản xuất bán thành phẩm kịp thời và đầy đủ, tránh tình trạng sản xuất thành phẩm trôi chảy
• Phân tích dữ liệu sản xuất và chuyển đổi dữ liệu thành báo cáo sản xuất và sử dụng dữ liệu liên quan cho các hoạt động lập kế hoạch
• Người lập kế hoạch sản xuất làm việc dưới sự giám sát và báo cáo với Trưởng bộ phận vận hành
• Người lập kế hoạch sản xuất là bộ phận liên kết giữa bộ phận kho, bộ phận mua hàng, bộ phận Xuất hàng và bộ phận sản xuất

Duties and responsibilities:

• Align orders from customers and set up the production schedule
• Ensure the availability of raw material on demand with suppliers of raw material and internal purchasing team
• Ensure an optimum utilization of the available production resources as production machines and labour, avoid downtime due to planning shortcomings
• Ensure a timely and sufficient production of semi-finished goods, to avoid smooth production of finished goods
• Analyse production data and convert the data into a production report and use the relevant data for the planning activities
• The production planner is working under the supervision and reports to the Head of Operation
• The production planner is the link between the warehouse, the purchasing department, Export department and the production department
