We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing for Swiss-Belvillas Solavita Binh Tien (based in Ho Chi Minh City, with frequent travel to Binh Tien) to lead all sales, marketing, and PR activities. This position drives revenue growth, strengthens market positioning, and ensures profitable business performance through strategic planning and strong client relationships.

Lead the Sales & Marketing Division as Head of Department, ensuring strong teamwork, performance, and alignment with hotel objectives.
Develop and execute the hotel’s annual business plan, sales strategy, and marketing initiatives.
Manage revenue planning and performance for rooms, catering, and banqueting.
Oversee departmental budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maximise profitability.
Analyse financial, market, and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities.
Direct all marketing campaigns, promotions, and public relations activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, conducting sales visits and representing the hotel at major events.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, operational standards, and support hotel leadership as Duty Manager when required.

Yêu cầu hồ sơ

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven ability in strategic planning, revenue management, and financial oversight.
Innovative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in MS Office and industry-related hotel systems.
Degree in Hotel Management/Marketing preferred, with minimum 3 years in a senior hotel Sales & Marketing role.
