YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Overview:
In line with the Global Nutrition Strategy, the role will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of the Food Solutions (Blended Solutions) business by identifying new market opportunities, implementing successful sales strategies to increase profitability and market share in Southeast Asia Region (SEA).
Key Responsibility/ Accountability:
- Develop the Blended Solutions Business in SEA region & ensure Gross Profit targets are achieved.
- Identify the new opportunities and support the sub-regional sales team to grow the Blended Solution business in SEA and build pipeline.
- Lead the execution and development of Blended solution strategies in SEA region.
- Work closely with Internal (Customer Service, Application, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Project Manager & Sales team) &
- External (Customers) to support the timely progress of new/ existing projects.
- Work with Manufacturing Sites to support the SEA business priorities and ensure the sourcing to sales process is running smoothly for new projects.
- Take part in Sales and Operations planning and ensure the new export and local projects for SEA region are planned and execute as per timelines.
- Proactively Work with Procurement to identify risk & opportunities to improve the blends profitability.
- Provide the comprehensive analysis of market and competitor activities to internal stakeholders as required.
- Work cohesively with internal/ external stakeholders to ensure customer centric culture is achieved and maintained.

Qualification/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food technology/ Science or related area
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a Food/Ingredients/Value Added Solutions and/or related industries with a significant portion of time spent in business developed in SEA region.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience of leading a business development activity for Food/Ingredients/Value Added Solutions industry in SEA region.
- Evidenced ability to lead change, improve engagement and deliver results.
- Working knowledge and experience of SAP, MRP and CRM systems.
