Mô tả Công việc

1. Mobile Product Development:

- Collaborate with the Mobile team to design and develop payment products optimized for mobile devices.

- Ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience on mobile platforms.

2. Collaboration with Payment Aggregator:

- Manage and maintain relationships with payment aggregator partners.

- Ensure seamless integration and operation of payment systems.

3. Legal & Compliance:

- Work closely with the Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all payment products and features adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

- Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes affecting payment products and implement necessary adjustments.

4. Financial Management:

- Partner with the Finance team to monitor and analyze the financial performance of payment products.

- Play a key role in managing the Profit and Loss (PnL) aspects of the payment products.

5. Customer Journey Definition:

- Define and continuously refine the customer journey for payment products.

- Implement strategies to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-          Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

-          Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in payment products or related fields.

-          Strong understanding of payment systems, legal and compliance requirements, and mobile product development.

-          Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial management and PnL analysis.

-          Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

-          Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering payment products.

-          Experience with customer journey mapping and user experience (UX) design.

-          Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the payment industry.

-          Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
