- Lead and manage daily operation of Front Office Department
- Personalize Guest Experiences/ Guest Review
- Drive Revenue & maximize Profits
- Establish and maintain Product & Service Standards
- Synergize activities and communication within the Department
- In charge of hotel reservations during the reservations department absence (weekends and holidays).

- Graduated from University majoring in Economics, Business Administration Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management and other related major
- Priority is given to candidates having worked in a similar position for international hotels/resorts and can start as soon as possible
- Fluency in English Good computer skills
- Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.
- Pride and attention to detail.
- Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality
- Dynamic leadership and engaging personality
- At least 2 years experience at same position
- Smile PMS and guest service related applications literate.
