Job Description
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to design and implement the full cycle recruitment process and bring the best talents on board
- Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders from various departments within the organisation to understand the different business functions/needs and execute the recruitment process
- Customise creative methods to optimise the process of sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal talents through various platforms
- Design and implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates
- Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members in various initiatives in the enhancement of performance and employer branding in various areas
- Leverage on creative solutions to implement other HR initiatives and projects in other areas
- Ensure accuracy and availability of records and reports concerning all phases of recruitment and HR systems
- Control HR admin tasks such as checking personal documents of staff and prepare for on-boarding
- Assist the Recruitment Team as necessary and undertake other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant majors and above with at least 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment industry, either in-house or agencies
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work with sensitive/confidential information and maintain/protect integrity of the Human Resources department
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ability to be independent, creative, and accountable
- Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner
- Strong attention to detail with capability to multitask and prioritise
- Strong problem-solving skills
