Main responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide customers, partners, and visitors to the appropriate departments (Sales, Aftersales, CRM, F&I, etc.).

• Maintain updated visitor logs, customer appointment schedules, and records of customer interactions.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; support serving drinks and customer care in the showroom

• Record customer information, assist in preparing feedback reports, and support administrative tasks

• Assist in arranging vehicle transformations as required

• Coordinate with Registration staff to ensure demo vehicle circulation registration fees are settled before deadlines

• Ensure the reception and showroom entrance area is always clean and professional

• Receive, record, and distribute internal and external mail/documents to relevant departments

• Support showroom events and perform other duties assigned by Management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• High school diploma or above; receptionist or customer service experience preferred (automotive or non-automotive).

• Good communication skills with basic English ability (able to read and understand simple correspondence).

• Professional appearance, friendly manner, and strong problem-solving skills.

• Customer-oriented with basic complaint-handling skills.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry).

• High service-mindedness, always greeting and assisting customers in a professional and welcoming manner
