Build order follow up by communication with MFG and Product planning
Retrofit/Rework parts follow up (Restraint, Int/Ext/CHS parts, DCR follow up, ...)
Vehicle Functional Commissioning (PWT, Chassis, ...)
Vehicle Sign- off follow up – Module sign- off / T&V / CE

- Vehicle Logistics Follow up

TP80, RES, PR triggering
Shipping documentation preparation
Communicate with Log team & follow up Delivery status

- Vehicle Fleet Management

Vehicle status & lifecycle tracking
Vehicle scrapping – Oversea on- site scrapping & GA Handover in HP plant
Vehicle usages, Registration, Vehicle share tracking

- Spare part management:

Parts procurement process follow up (RES, PR, PO)
Parts Logistics – Shipping documentation, RES, PR, Logistics tracking
Parts requirement receiving

Strong knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic systems.
Responsiveness, agility, discipline, and willingness to take over responsibility and to learn.
Having experience in automotive or Electrical/Electronics industry (Open to fresh graduates with a passion for the automotive industry.)
Good English skills: Listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Automotive, Electronic engineering or equivalent.
