• Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential
opportunities for product innovation.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product features and design choices.
• Keep abreast of competitor offerings and market positioning to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure products comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly in the context of
electric vehicles.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for product specifications and
design iterations.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet quality standards before market
release.
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for product development projects, ensuring they
are delivered on time and within scope.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent work experience (1+ years) 
with knowledge in complete vehicle & benchmark assessment.
• Experience in wide portfolio of markets, knowledge of differences in terms of vehicle 
specifications and linkage to the development needs.
• Solid background for the detailed vehicle assessment for complex Vehicle Attributes 
Performance. 
• Project Management fundamentals would be highly appreciated.
• Domain of engineering fundamentals of Vehicle systems (EVs)
• Attention to detail and able to manage more than one task at a time.
• Assertive and presenting very good analytical skills.
• Discretion in dealing with confidential/sensitive information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
• and sharing the feelings of others, which is crucial for building strong, cooperative 
relationships.
