User Interviews:
Conduct user interviews to understand and identify pain points in the customer journey.
Gather insights from students and stakeholders to enhance overall satisfaction.
Complaint Management:
Systematically sort and address customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Work closely with relevant teams to implement solutions and prevent recurring issues.
In-Class Observation:
Conduct in-class observations to assess the student experience firsthand.
Provide actionable feedback to improve the quality of educational services.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with academic, operations, and customer service teams to streamline student processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
Reporting and Metrics:
Develop and maintain weekly reports/dashboards to track key performance metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and successes.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
Undertake additional tasks as required by the CEO to contribute to the overall improvement of customer experience.
