Zstudio is a multi-channel network and digital production studio powered by Zalo, sharing meaningful stories and inspiration through video and podcast formats. 

We are looking for an MCN Development Specialist to lead the growth of the Multi-Channel Network (MCN) on Zalo Video, a short-video platform by Zalo.

This role focuses on expanding our creator ecosystem, optimizing content performance, and building sustainable relationships within the Zstudio network.

What you'll do

• Develop the MCN model on Zalo Video, establishing strategic frameworks for creator onboarding, management, and monetization;
• Identify, connect, and develop new collaboration opportunities to expand Zstudio’s partner and creator network;
• Source, recruit, and manage creators within the Zalo Video ecosystem, supporting them in content strategy, performance growth, and revenue opportunities;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to grow Zstudio’s multi-channel presence across Zalo Video and other social networks, strengthening the brand image and visibility of the MCN;
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing and co-branded campaigns to boost Zstudio and the MCN’s visibility, attract new creators, and grow audience engagement;
• Maintain long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and partners to strengthen collaboration and ensure the network’s sustainability;
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights to optimize content, engagement, and partnership results;
• Represent Zstudio in meetings, events, and creator communities to enhance visibility and attract new talent and collaborations.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in content partnerships, creator management, or business development — preferably in media, entertainment, or digital platforms;
• Proven ability to build and maintain creator networks and foster long-term partnerships;
• Strong understanding of social video ecosystems (Zalo Video, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook Reels, etc.);
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams (content, marketing, and operations);
• Preferred: Experience working with influencers, KOLs, or MCN/creator agencies; an existing network in media or digital content communities.
