We are expanding our Modern On-Trade channel and are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and lead execution excellence in this key segment.
Position Summary
The Sales Supervisor – Modern On-Trade Channel is responsible for developing and managing sales activities across modern on-trade accounts (hotel chains, premium restaurants, beach clubs, lounges, and organized F&B groups). This role focuses on revenue growth, market expansion, and ensuring strong brand visibility and execution standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new modern on-trade accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, promotions, and partnership agreements.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance and propose action plans to drive growth.
2. Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (F&B Managers, Restaurant Owners, Procurement Managers).
- Ensure optimal product listing, menu presence, and brand visibility.
- Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and activation programs.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
3. Execution & Brand Visibility
- Ensure compliance with company standards on POSM, tap systems, product freshness, and merchandising.
- Collaborate with Marketing for trade activation programs and events.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the modern on-trade segment.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Track sales KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, beverage, alcohol, or hospitality industry.
- Experience handling modern on-trade accounts (hotel chains, restaurant groups, premium outlets) is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven mindset with strong analytical capability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Good command of English.
