Job Description
- Act as the key Presales focal point for large-scale projects within Government agencies, Ministries, State-Owned Enterprises, and Enterprise clients.
- Lead end-to-end solution consulting activities, including current-state assessment, business and technical analysis, problem definition, and proposal of appropriate system architectures.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Analysts, Architects, and Technical Leads to develop proposals, solution designs, and technical approaches tailored to each project and customer.
- Take primary responsibility for solution design, demos, POCs, solution presentations, and clarification of technical and business aspects to clients.
- Work directly with senior stakeholders and executive-level customers, providing IT strategy consulting and long-term digital transformation advisory.
- Participate in contract negotiations, particularly technical scope, solution boundaries, and implementation roadmap.
- Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, cost-effective, optimized for performance, and risk-aware.
- Lead and mentor Junior/Middle Pre-Sales team members, standardizing solution consulting processes and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Delivery team during handover, ensuring solutions are implemented in line with the proposed vision and commitments.
- Research technology trends and market developments; propose solution strategies, product improvements, and Pre-Sales process enhancements for the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related technical fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in roles such as Technical Engineer, Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Consultant, Technical Business Analyst, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent, within software development projects.
- Experience working on Government, public investment, or large-scale Enterprise projects.
- Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks such as Bidding Law, Public Investment Law, Commercial Law, Construction Law.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, IT solution delivery models, and high-level system architecture.
- Ability to conduct high-level business analysis, identify core problems, and propose appropriate solutions
- Foundational knowledge of Business Analysis, Enterprise Information Systems (MIS/BIS), BPM, sufficient for solution consulting and design.
- Strong capability in preparing solution documents, technical documentation, proposals, and project consulting materials.
- Experience using modeling and project management tools such as Visio, Draw.io, Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with Cloud platforms, Data Platforms (Data Warehouse, Data Lake), Integration, Microservices.
- Experience mentoring Junior/Middle Pre-Sales or BA members, sharing knowledge, and standardizing consulting documentation and processes.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end solution design, POC, demos, or presenting solutions to management-level stakeholders.
