We are AhaSlides, a SaaS (software as a service) company. AhaSlides is an audience engagement platform that allows leaders, managers, educators, and speakers to connect with their audience and let them interact in real-time. We launched AhaSlides in July 2019. It’s now being used and trusted by millions of users from over 200 countries all around the world.
We are a Singapore corporation with subsidiaries in Vietnam and the Netherlands. We have over 40 members, coming from Vietnam, Singapore, the Philippines, Japan, and Czech.
We are looking for Customer Success Manager to join our team in Hanoi, as part of our effort to scale up sustainably.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Adoption: Guide new users, deliver live or self-serve onboarding, and ensure engagement.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries via chat, email, and social channels, ensuring timely resolution and a great user experience.
- Engagement & Retention: Act as the main contact for B2B clients, conduct check-ins, and drive product adoption.
- User Education: Create FAQs, guides, and webinars to empower users.
- Feedback & Insights: Gather user feedback to improve the product and customer experience.
- Churn Prevention: Identify at-risk users and implement strategies to retain them.
- Upselling & Renewals: Spot opportunities for expansion and assist with contract renewals.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
- Willingness to work different shifts when necessary.
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-growing startup environment.
