1. Mechanical:
a) Make the maintenance plan, execute the maintenance plan to ensure the operation condition of all machinery, production system.
b) Quickly react and solve any issues related to the machinery, production system.
c) Cooperate with related people, teams in maintenance activities.
d) Strictly follow the guide, the request, recommendation from the machinery's manufacturer in machinery's operation and maintenance.
e) Strictly follow the guild, request, recommendation from management level, clients, government which help to improve, ensure the good operation of machinery.
2. Electrical:
a) Assign work to maintenance department staff as well as manage and supervise the process of repairing and maintaining the power system of the plant.
b) Build the plan for maintaining electrical equipment.
c) Provide solutions and troubleshooting during breakdown to put the electric system into operation in the shortest time.
d) Failure analysis and improvement plan for the future.
3. Facility:
a) Plans facilities changes for offices, and production equipment layouts, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations.
b) Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings in Office Projects.
c) Prepares bid sheets and contracts for Construction/Renovation and facilities acquisition.
d) Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
e) Inspects construction and installation progress for conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
f) Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
4. Other responsibilities:
a) Become good model to team, and lead team's member to meet company culture and values
b) Build the rules, policies, procedures of maintenance; train to subordinate and factory's employee to ensure the good maintenance activities.
c) Manage the engineer/technical team in Vietnam Factory to ensure the people's performance, compliance.
d) Other ad-hoc tasks be assigned by Plant Manager or/and BOD.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1) At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
2) Experience in industrial electrical and mechanical engineering
3) Have experience in BOPP/BOPET is a plus
4) Good communicate in English
5) Skills of team management, motivation, training the colleagues.
6) Proper behavior, supporting mindset, cooperation with other people to meet the best result or target of company, hard-work, smart-work.
7) Can do attitude, proactive to find the best solution to any issue.Laptop
