Job Description
- Deep dive into business metrics and operations to understand their pain points or objectives
- Leverage your technical understanding and creativity to propose innovative solutions to business teams
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and strategies
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear understanding and alignment across teams
- Collaborate with business users to test and roll out new features and enhancements, gather feedback and make necessary refinements
- Manage cross-functional projects that requires technical solutions, ensure product roadmap aligns with project timelines and deliverables
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English), with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Excellent project management skills who is able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and generate practical solutions
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the broader context and impact of technical solutions on business operations
- Strong UI/UX skills to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points
- Strong technical understanding, allowing effective communication with engineering teams
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiar with Product Management methodology (Agile and Scrum)
- Tech-savvy person who loves to experience new features and tools
