Feature Quality:
Must have:
Feature Quality:
- UAT & Live Test initiators & configurators & coordinator w business for test case collections & ensure appropriate feature logic
- Coordinator w Product MKT for initial feature briefing prior to rollout for business stakeholders
- Testing issue handling
- Collaborate closely with Business PM to understand feature logic
- Issue collectors & troubleshooting: aware of feature logic to classify if issue is logic or non-logic related; initial diagnostics for troubleshooting
- Following up w tech teams for root causes & fixing issue
- Mitigation plan or temporary solution proposal while pending for issue fixing
- Communication with business stakeholders for issue alerts.
- Logic validation i.e being able to explain to business stakeholders or issue reporters if they do not understand about feature logic and also being able to recognize if issues that are raised by reporters or business are “real" issues or they are just expected logic.
Must have:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or Engineering.
- Have at least 3 years of working experience, preferably in product ops, testing products, QA/QC, with a focus on technology
- At least 1 years of management/leadership skills
- Possess good communication in both English & Vietnamese, problem solving skills to effectively collaborate with teams and convey ideas.
- Show ability to work effectively under pressure, focusing on shared goals.
- Display a keen business sense, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge or experience in Product Support/Technical Support/IT Support or Customer Service.
- Demonstrate a background in project management and successful project delivery.
- Basic knowledge of SQL & Microsoft Office, especially Excel for complex data interaction and insights.
