Responsibilities
About the Team:
CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.

Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for user growth and commercial income increase in CapCut Vietnam.
2. Acquire and manage new professional video editors and motion graphic designers to contribute quality video templates and effects for CapCut in US & EU markets.
3. Develop efficient methods for supervisors' quarterly objectives of creator acquisition & management and content production generation & promotion. Explore new room of increase for CapCut Vietnam
4. Bifurcate goals and work appropriately among Vietnamese operation teammates. Build up a strong local team with professional leadership.
5. Collaborate with product teammates and other regional country managers to explore effective methods to increase CapCut's user and income scale of AI features in SEA region.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
1. 5+ years of working in talent management or video editing sections. Familiar with creator recruitment, agency management or senior in video editing & motion graphics design industries. Familiar with Adobe image & video editing tools (AE, PR, PhotoShop, etc)
2. Good connection & talent network in video editing, graphics design or KOL/MCN industries
3. Experienced in managing a local operations team with a scale of about 10 members. Professional team management skills and able to draw clear roadmaps to cultivate junior teammates
4. Objective oriented and well-structured expression. High working efficiency with a big passion towards video editing & AI business. Agile flexibility in complicated situations

Preferred Qualifications :
5. Good sense of cooperation among multiple teams
6. Fluent in English
7. It will be the best if the candidate has experiences working for Chinese or Internet companies.
