The IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) protection function within the GNE team is committed to protecting intellectual property rights and maintaining a safe e-commerce environment on Tiktok's E-commerce Platforms.
Responsibilities
- Enforce E-commerce IPR policies to minimise platform risk.
- Analyse, investigate and respond to reports of alleged IPR infringements.
- Assist with reviewing and identifying improvement points in policies or processes. Initiate and/or participate in policy/process optimisation projects.
- Educate internal stakeholders and raise awareness of TikTok's E-Commerce IPR protection measures.
- Analyse IPR data to derive valuable insights from risk signals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s student in relevant fields.
- Experience in E-commerce risk governance or Intellectual Property risk governance will be a plus.
- Prior exposure to Intellectual Property Law or other Intellectual Property related work or study experience will be a plus.
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively liaise with people at all levels.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
