Role Description
Content Planning: Collaborate with relevant departments to plan content for the company's website, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals and strategy.
Market Intent Research: Investigate market intent, segment, and coordinate with SEO to prioritize keywords for regular project implementation.
Outline Creation: Develop outlines for challenging keywords and train collaborators on creating SEO-friendly content outlines.
Content Creation: Write and edit content, and distribute articles to suitable contributors.
Quality Assurance: Review, check, and edit content to ensure accuracy, engagement, and alignment with the website's direction.
Recruitment of Contributors: Recruit contributors suitable for the project, establish working processes with contributors, and train and ensure contributors produce quality content for the project.
Establish Quality Criteria: Develop quality criteria for SEO content, and collaborate on SEO content audits. Project Information Security.
Requirements
1, Experience:
Experience in writing SEO content for websites and PR articles.
Experience in team and freelancer management.
Candidates with experience in implementing content projects related to education/training/schools/admissions are preferred.
2, Professional Knowledge:
Understanding and proficient application of Search Intent, Customer Journey (A.I.D.A), and Insight.
Basic knowledge of SEO.
Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate the market and competitors of the business.
Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in SEO content and experience in large-scale projects (Scale of 1M Traffic or 1000 Keywords) are preferred.
3, Skills:
Effective personal work management: Planning, allocating tasks, efficient time management.
Good project coordination: Ensure quality and quantity of SEO articles according to the set schedule.
Training skills: Ability to guide contributors on outlining and writing articles.
Planning: Plan content for SEO projects to ensure the achievement of common goals.
Proficient use of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Spreadsheet, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
