I. Job Description:

1. Ensure the number of enrolled students and opened classes meet the enrollment targets

• Design and implement effective student recruitment campaigns across online and offline channels
• Coordinate with the marketing agency to execute advertising campaigns
• Optimize conversion rates to attract higher-quality leads, increase revenue, and reduce acquisition costs
• Leverage all relevant opportunities related to content, media, and PR
• Take the lead in establishing strong relationships with industry partners
• Work closely with the Enrollment Manager and Business Unit Manager
• Provide marketing reports, analyze data, and interpret market insights

2. Lead all marketing activities through an inbound marketing strategy to build meaningful and lasting relationships with consumers

• Plan, develop, and implement inbound marketing strategies
• Create valuable content to attract and engage potential customers across channels such as the website, fanpage, and TikTok
• Improve user experience, website traffic, and conversion rates
• Establish automated email marketing campaigns

3. Automate marketing processes to enhance team efficiency

• Develop workflows, policies, and procedures for marketing tools and systems

Additionally:

• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage new supervisors
• Build brand positioning and enhance brand awareness, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels

II. Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand or marketing management
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Expertise in content strategy, familiar with SEO and Google Analytics
• Solid understanding of the education sector and its challenges

III. Benefits:
