The Role
We are looking for the future staff accountant to be an integral part of achieving the finance department goals such as assisting us in streamlining TT’s complex financial close processes as well as making recommendations for improvements and for a more effective financial close. Responsibilities
- Prepare general ledger account analyses and their respective journal entries for global entities.
- Prepare and maintain financial management reports.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of complex financial reporting.
- Review, research and interpret current and historical financial data and resolve departmental inquiries concerning financial reports.
- Document and monitor internal controls.
- Assist with accounting system process enhancements and software upgrades, including testing and training.
- Assist in the annual audits and other regulatory audits that occur during the year.
- Assist management with special projects and ad-hoc analyses.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
- 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in the professional services industry.
- Advanced English skills: listening, speaking, writing and reading
- Experience with computerized ledger systems, Deltek Vision, Blackline and Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Strong MS-Excel skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- The role will require analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, follow through and meet deadlines within tight timeframes.

Mô tả công việc
- Tổ chức thực hiện theo các chương trình kế hoạch marketing, kế hoạch quảng cáo, chương trình khuyến mãi. Theo dõi việc thực hiện và báo cáo kết quả hàng tháng/ quý/ năm.
- Xây dựng định hướng, lập kế hoạch và giám sát việc thực hiện hoạt động Marketing của Thương hiệu
- Nhận biết các cơ hội marketing bằng cách nghiên cứu và phân tích các dữ liệu bán hàng và thị trường.
- Phân bổ chi phí, giám sát, theo dõi các chỉ số quảng cáo, hiệu quả về lead performance của các chiến dịch quảng cáo trên các kênh truyền thông số (Google, Facebook, Zalo, Tikt
- Xây dựng định hướng phát triển thương hiệu, kế hoạch sản xuất nội dung và quảng cáo.
- Mở rộng kênh phân phối, tiếp cận dịch vụ, thương hiệu thông qua các hình thức online to offline.
- Đạt được các mục tiêu kinh doanh và Marketing của thương hiệu cũng như các công việc do cấp trên giao.
- Đạt được các mục tiêu tài chính của hoạt động kinh doanh và tiếp thị bằng cách dự đoán nhu cầu, theo dõi ngân sách hàng năm; lập kế hoạch chi tiêu; phân tích các biến động; đề xuất các hành động khắc phục.
- Phân tích khách hàng, Duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng bằng những chiến dịch marketing phù hợp.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên Nữ trong độ tuổi từ 28-35;- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành có liên quan Sales, Marketing, Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh tế quốc dân, Ngoại thương, ngoại giao, thương mại....
- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt. Có kỹ năng quản lý thời gian và kỹ năng tổ chức tốt.
- Có khả năng phân tích thị trường
- Khả năng lập kế hoạch marketing.
- Có thế mạnh về lập kế hoạch ( marketing, nội dung )
