A. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor day by day sales performance:
- Perform inventory & sales channel management
- Perform pricing and develop promotional campaign to generate sales.
- Coordinate with SEM team to implement marketing campaign, optimize impression, and regulate marketing budget
- Brief product information and image feedback
- Track and analysis the market information & competitor dynamics to provide the necessary tactics
- Conduct, execute the business plan to achieve the sales target and prepare sales forecast for each product in all sales channel
- Coordinate and work with other departments (Supply Chain, R&D,…) for smooth running of sales operation
2. Market research
- Conduct market research, initiate & propose new product ideas, identify new market to enter and occupy market share and responsible for developing & executing launching pla
3. Sales report & analysis
- Prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month and quarter.
4. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by manager.

B. REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge
University bachelor’s degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
Knowledge about the American market or SEO/ keywords.
English is must (at least 600 TOEIC).
2. Skills
Market research and analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency.
Project management
Collaboration and interpersonal skills
Data analysis and interpretation
Presentation skills
3. Experience
2 - 3 years experience in a similar role in E-commerce, fresher are welcomed

Công ty TNHH Nam Dược được thành lập năm 2005, là công ty con của CTCP Nam Dược.
