• Directs all aspects of secretarial work in the Resort, maintains the executive office and all matters relating to executive administration in a confidential, professional manner.
• Provides efficient and comprehensive secretarial services to Executive members.
• Work directly with General Manager

• 2 years in a similar position in large hotels or international companies
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office  
• Details oriented 
• Patient, professional and resistant to pressure. 
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
