- A Butler primarily serves as a key point of contact for VIP Guests throughout their experience at the hotel, outlets.

- A Butler should be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered and also about the local vicintiy.

- Serves food courses and alcoholic beverages to VIP guests with a courterous, profesional, efficient, flexible services at all the time.

- Always well groomed, clean, pleasant and creating renowned memorable experiences for the VIP guests.

- Follow all the VIP guests needs until they are completed to total satisfaction. Takes care of the guest’s requests and liaise with respective person at any special requests.

- Fully aware of other outlets menu, answers questions on menu selections, communicates with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability.

- Updates VIP guest feedback and comments on the system

- Fully aware of operating procedures for all electrical equipment in the outlets.

- Perform his/her duties with the sense of priority and dedication.

- Assign other tasked by Senior Management or line manager.

- Have experience in Hospitality, Integrated resorts, F&B and/or Nightlife industry.

- Be impartial, progressive, highly responsible, aware of services with high pressures.

- At least 3 years’ experience as a Butler or Flight Attendant is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management specialized in F&B Services.
