Job description: Update new laws and legal regulations and analyze their potential impacts on company's operations Provide legal consultation for issues arising from various corporate projects/activities Handle reviewing internal documents, contracts and agreements before submitting to the Board of Directors for signature and issuing Manage and archive contracts (Insertion orders, agreements, non-disclosure agreements...) Advise and prepare legal documents, translate legal documents and liaise with various departments to ensure a clear understanding of requirements Handle paperwork related to Investment registration certificate (IRC) and Enterprise registration certificate (ERC) Join to settle disputation between the company and clients, between the company and labors (if any) Work closely with outsource Legal Service and Government Authority.Education: Bachelor of Laws At least 1 year of relevant experience Be proficient in English (4 skills) Good office skills (MS Office, Mail,...)
