Manage contract lifecycle (i.e.contract request, drafting and review, approvals, execution, storage, retrieval and renewal or termination). Cooperate with the sales department in contract negotiation with clients/partnersDraft, review and evaluate documents issued by the BOD. Research, warn, analyze legal risks and propose solutions regarding the company's activities to the BOD. Update and disseminate documents, policies and regimes of the State related to business activities of Company. Handle and support the application for necessary licenses, permits, approvals (especially in corporate licenses, promotion, advertisement licenses,...) Draft, review the Company's internal management documents to ensure compliance with law, Company's documentary format and issuance procedure. Support the HR department with legal employment matters. Other duties as requirements of the BOD.Bachelor's degree in Law/Commercial Law. Experience working on Legal at a full-time position. Familiar with International Trade Law, Commercial Law, Competition Law, IP Law. Experience in relevant industries will be considered as a preference. Good command of English, profiency in MS Office. Ability to analyse problems and come up with practical, workable solutions. Working under pressure and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Trustworthy, careful, ethical and a quick learner.
