We are looking for Middle Fullstack Developer with knowledge of usability and understanding the specifics of Software Products, who contribute to the development phase of software products life cycle.

• Participate in software projects with domestic and foreign partners.
• Interact with clients to clarify an understanding the requirements
• Hand on coding, unit-test, work on bug fixing and improve products performance
• Conduct code review & report project technical health status
• Identify & eliminate performance and scale issues that ripple from front-end to back-end
• Provide technical guidance to junior teammates through coaching and mentorship
• Support in technical consultant to new challenges.

Technical Skills:

• Front-End: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries such as React.
• Back-End: Experience with server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask).
• Databases: Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and Git workflows.

Experience:

• Having minimum of 2-3 years experience
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex web applications

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and pay attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Communicate and understand at basic English level

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of personal projects.
