Key Responsibilities:

• Handle export bookings from customers and agents
• Manage shipments from A to Z, including booking, documentation, coordination with carriers and transport partners, and final delivery
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system. Use CW1(Cargo Wise) on daily basis
• Prepare and manage all required export documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, packing list, commercial invoice, customs forms)
• Track and trace shipments, updating customers regularly and intervening as needed to resolve delays or disruptions. Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and internal company policies.
• Maintain close communication with customers, providing shipment updates and resolving any issues proactively.
• Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
• Escalation of problems to Management when necessary.

Job requirements:

• University Graduation in related field. IATA Certification is a plus
• Min 2 years' experience in freight forwarding.
• Good computer literacy
• Good oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese & English
• Have teamwork attitude & problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Diligent, detail oriented
