Chi tiết công việc

Job Description
- Consulting, quotes, ticket conditions, airline regulations, Visa, Tour, Hotel, car, train,… for customers.
- Air ticket reservation, quotation according to customer's requests, ticket change/ refund. 
- Follow up bookings, process and support online ticket bookings.
- Handle customer requests related to booking & support services such as Check-in Online, meal reservation, luggage, other related booking, Visa, Tour, Hotel, car, train,… and orther booking task.
- Manage assigned customer list.
Job Requirements 
- At least 06 months as a Booker or experience in Travel/ Visa/ Hotel/ Tour… is a plus
- Proficient of Airline Reservations ( Abacus, Amadeus, Sabre,…), Airasia, Cebu pacific, Lion Air, Tiger Airways, Jetstar, Air Mekong, Vietjet Air, VietNam Airline,…
- Strong understanding passport and visa processing, Tour, booking hotel,…
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
