JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test processes: Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Establish quality assurance procedures: Implement quality control procedures, identify and document software defects.
• Defect tracking and analysis: Identify product defects, analyze root causes, and manage the defect resolution process.
• Business analysis support: Participate in business analysis, propose quality improvement initiatives.
• Test data analysis and reporting: Measure, analyze, and report test data to assess product quality.
• Ensure timely delivery: Ensure timely completion of tasks, maintain quality standards, and provide regular status updates to management.

Required Job Skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to understand project requirements, analyze them, and develop test plans.
• Testing expertise: Solid understanding of testing methodologies, types of testing, and testing techniques.
• Database experience: Experience with at least one database management system (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.).
• Communication and teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team and handle pressure.
• Preferred qualifications: Experience working in an agile development environment, knowledge of software quality assurance systems.
• Basic English proficiency: Basic English reading and writing skills.
