* Keyhinge Toys is a toy manufacturing company specializing in high-quality and safe toy products for global markets. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee and manage our manufacturing operations. This role involves full-cycle production management—from planning, coordination, execution, to shipment. The ideal candidate should be able to independently troubleshoot production issues, improve productivity, ensure product quality, and coordinate effectively with other departments.
* Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Resolve production issues promptly and independently.
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the production team.
- Ensure quality standards, safety procedures, and compliance with company regulations.
- Collaborate with automation teams to ensure smooth implementation of automated systems.
- Cooperate closely with departments such as Quality Control, Engineering, Warehouse, and Sales
- Report to senior management on production performance and suggest improvements.
- Manage production costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure timely shipment of finished goods.
