* Manage and maintain the factory’s Chemical Management System to ensure all raw materials comply with customers' chemical safety standards and relevant national regulations. This role focuses on documentation control and compliance assurance without direct handling of hazardous chemicals.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the Chemical Management System database and documentation.
- Review, check, and archive supplier documents and test reports related to chemical compliance.
- Verify that all incoming materials meet customers’ chemical standards and national regulatory requirements.
- Work with suppliers to clarify and resolve non-conformities regarding chemical compliance documentation.
- Support internal and external audits related to chemical management.
- Prepare compliance reports as required by customers or regulatory bodies.
- Ensure smooth communication between suppliers, QA, Production, and Compliance teams regarding chemical documentation.
- Ensure that the factory’s chemical management activities comply with internal policies and customer-specific standards.
